If in the event that you should wish to return your purchases for any reason, we will refund or exchange your purchase as long as item is returned in a suitable condition (that is sealed or as delivered and not used in any way) in the original package and label.
We are not able to make refunds on postage or on return postage. 10littlebirds.com will not charge to send an item you wish to exchange. Please note that if you are making returns we ask that you provide us with proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for your returns or lost post.
In the event that an item is faulty to the Manufacturers defects, we will exchange product at no extra costs to you. We Endeavour to offer a service that is of high quality and as fair as we can be in resolving and any problems that may arise.
Should an item be returned item for expected refund, the item in question should be returned unused and unopened with all tags, labels and seals in tact and as in condition received. If the item has be used or damaged in any way refunds or exchanges will not be made.
Customers should also contact us within 10 days of purchase to qualify for refunds or exchanges. 10littlebirds.com will not refund the cost of postage or postage of returned items and will not in any circumstances accept responsibilities for returned items if proof of postage cannot be supplied and package cannot be tracked.
Replacement items will not be dispatched unless we have received returned items and have checked to ensure the quality of returned items.
GETTING A REPLACEMENT ITEM
First thing to do is to email us with your order number and product name with date purchase made to firstname.lastname@example.org with heading Refund or Exchange. You can also contact us on 0208 788 6141.
When returning item, make sure that packaging secures items from damage and be labeled:

Please ensure that you have proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items due to postage.
When an item has been returned, we will under go quality checks to verify that the product is in a saleable condition and only that will a refund be made. When a product has a manufacturing defect this will not be that case. You should first contact us at email@example.com or on 0208 788 6141 to speed up the process.
